Phase 1. Schematic Design
(Sketch Design Methodology) The schematic design process starts with initial sketching to explore and visualize design concepts. These sketches are then developed into more detailed preliminary designs. (7-Star Rating Support) Conceptual schematic designs implemented into Revit as mass forms to perform design & site analysis. This data is then utilized in making early design decisions to allow for better outcomes when meeting the 7-Star rating requirements.
DETAILED SUN HOURS ANALYSIS We analyze how many hours of sunlight your site will get on specific dates during the year and select the best siting for you new residence.

SOLAR ENERGY ANALYSISWith the new 7-Star Rating requirements, solar energy requirements will be a great option to support the overall scoring of the residence, so we run analysis on the design to make selections of the best positions.
Phase 3. Design Development
(Town Planning)At this stage of the project, the analysis data produced from the schematic and conceptual stages allows the designer to prepare and develop a fully complete set of documents & 3D Model. The Town Planning drawings include detailed plans that adhere to all relevant planning regulations, colored elevations, and material selections. These drawings are essential for obtaining approvals and ensuring that the project meets all local zoning and regulatory requirements. The finalized Town Planning drawings are then submitted to the council for review and approval.The design and town planning documentation is prepared with all the final details discussed during the concept meetings between the client and designer. A final design sign-off meeting is held prior to submission to the council to ensure that all of the client's requests are satisfactorily addressed.
Phase 4. Construction Drawings
(Building Permit)The Building Document stage involves the creation of detailed and comprehensive construction drawings and specifications. These documents include architectural, plans that guide the construction process. Precision and accuracy are paramount, as these documents ensure that the design intent is clearly communicated to contractors and builders, facilitating a smooth and efficient construction phase.
